Monster Programs

A program for every age, 3 to 9

Rafael Nadal was four. Maria Sharapova was three. Martina Hingis was two. You're never too young to start — our programs use modified equipment and creative coaching aids so every child develops at a speed that suits them.

Age 3

Munchkins

Balance, hand-eye coordination, confidence and social skills — built on toddlers' natural love of balls.

Tots

Running, jumping, throwing and catching — plus first racket and ball-handling skills.

Ages 5–6

Stars

The basics of tennis: coordination, balance in every direction, and clean racket-and-ball contact.

Age 7+

Champs

Technique, tactics, speed and agility — with play and team competition at the centre.

Graduating to the faster red felt ball — a fun, easy way to learn to serve, rally and score.
